They want shareholders to vote yes at the EGM to be able to issue another 15% shares again without shareholder approval in future.
Do retail have any say in this or is it just big dogs who will make sure they will win the vote? @Tekvest
I don't want retail to vote YES until we see this plan released. Release this plan already... or if we have enough voting power, vote NO to allowing them to issue another 15% shares
HURRY UP and release the plan and get this sale moving before EGM voting
