From the announcement: Seems like decent mineral to me, although the full mineral assemblage will confirm. Pseudorutile is slightly-higher-grade ilmenite / low grade leucoxene. I guess it depend on the ratio of the low grade (ilmenite) to the high grade (rutile) present.
Like most mineral sands deposits, there's probably a small amount of zircon present too.
My hypothesis is the results were as expected, and now short sellers were driving the price down in anticipation of a CR. It's the logical thing to happen now that seemingly good results were announced, and the CR will be at a lower level to convince potential backers there is some short term upside to their tipping in funds. It'll come back up.
