Altura had secured a loan until 2023.
The Loan noteholders pulled the plug at 1 minute past 12 midnight on a Sunday.
Their perogative even though interest payments were been met.
The uncompetitive DOCA with PLS came 48 hours later.
It was prearranged by Macquarie IMO who were employed by PLS at that time however you need real PROOF not circumstantial proof to take them to court.
I did alot of research on this so much more went on, the above is a quick summary of events.
