As at of the end of Dec MergeCo had combined cash of $A250m, that buys a lot of time when your approaching breakeven on operating costs , have reducing capex and have 100% of NAL with no debt plus another $70m to come on completion.
When your in production and expecting prices to improve going forward then time is a very usefull thing to have...it doesn't come with a guarantee but considerable comfort..
