i just built it super quickly on excel. i was going to take 15x but given the last 12 months on NEU SP's i felt being ultra conserative :->
i think anywhere b/w $27-$40 would be the premium takeover IMO.
can others validate my revenues and multiples used. i can then make a thread for valuation with upcoming milestones
