That is the risk of any critical mineral. I think graphite, being a fairly low cost component of batteries is less likely to be substituted than other higher, more difficult to mine and extract minerals. There has been 'breakthrough' replacements for lithium for the last decade, and amounted to nothing but small scale lab batteries. The major competitors of natural graphite are synthetic. And it will come down to cost and performance. I haven't seen any cost comparison of natural VS synthetic, but with rnu being at the low end of the cost curve, we surely are competitive. Just my 2c
