I am not a Petro physicist, but I see the following industry classification and definition for permeabilities and mD ranges.
If Galp says wells - 1x, 2x, 1A showed "high" permeabilities -- then the mD should be "at least 500". Galp's 2A well has "good" permeability, then by definition it should be "100-500 mD"
