What do you think is holding up the offtake agreement ?

I know Chuck and Red Baron have answered this with good suppositions

I just don't know. We have a Binding MOU with Grupo Carrinho for the supply of Minbos phosphate fertilizer. TheMOU represents a significant milestone, setting out a delivery schedule for supply of up to 869,000 tonnes offertilizer over 7 years to 2030, which represents 66% of the Company’s total stage-1 production. In legal terms the MOU is obviously not strong enough to be regarded as an Offtake Agreement. Nevertheless there is a commitment, but Carrinho are oviously reluctant to put their cock on the block ! I'll add that they came from nowhere very quickly,,,, saying no more.

Foskor, well, let's wait and see.

I do know that the company is seeking other export opportunities and there is a demand.

With a bit of skillful wheeling and dealing, we might just not need an offtake.

    IMO

Now, I'll leave it that meantime to let the shit start flying again !!! rolleyes.png
