Thanks Chuk, i was not thinking of anyone buying on market, to me as a long term holder that is not really relevant (other than making my portfolio look better). I am interested in operational performance and that means full construction whish requires the loan which requires customers. No harm of course and lets some people ŵho want out at a better price. Much more interested in customers.
