It appears from the takeover panel notes that a block of 30% Asian shareholders have been using the weakness in the lithium sector to drive the share price even lower than it should have gone for most of 2024 as well as try to make Ron look incompetent so they can opportunistically take over the Board and thus control of the company. Without announcing a takeover and without paying a premium.
