The market doesn't know what discussions are going on between SC and PAM at present. One way or the other PAM have to decide at they in for 9m at 22.7c or not by 18 March 2025. SC with his $428k R&D grant money should be in a position to make the $1m loan repayment on time either way. The leverage is slowly moving from PAM to SC imo.
