the crux of the matter is LIT can not raise money/capital legally. with no income how long could they last
but
Lind Capital control LIT's destiny and they are only there to make a profit on their ' lending ', thru free shares / options. So LIT's future on the ASX is assured whist Lind Capital think they can off load at a future date. Good luck to Lind I say. It follows...... Lind will manipulate the share price to suit themselves, Their only concern is finding a buyer when they want to sell.
