I cant post the pdf of the government gazette of 24 August 2008 where the land claim on behalf of the Bengwenyama Ya Maswasi for Eerste Geluk 327KT appears on page 69..

It says that the SA government were the owners of the largest part and portion 2 was owned by the Greater Tubatse Municipality at the time.2008 also.... There had been a demarkation of municipalities in 2006 and the 3rd link from the top pg 48 mentions the bengweyama community changing from being in one municipality to be part of the greater Tubatse local municipality. I imagine boundaries changed...could that add to the confusion around 2006?
