I think you are wasting your time trying to have a sensible conversation with that poster, but you have obviously done your research into the background of the CEO.
Looking at your screenshots of the previous experience of the CEO, and maybe I am misinterpreting what you are trying to say, but is your concern with the CEO a lack of African experience? Because the CV of the CEO looks pretty extensive to me in operational, geological, grade control, resource modelling and some other corporate stuff to me.
The rocks themselves and the ounces in the ground don't know they are in Africa, the principles of resource geology and exploration cross national borders and remain the same in the industry, although the "above the ground" stuff such as language, permitting, licencing, cultural and workplace stuff is obviously different between WA and Cote D'ivoire.
