Re: TMG’s forthcoming OTC LISTING :

It is my understanding that any listing onthe US OTC market – of any stock formally listed on a recognised international Stock Exchange outside the US –

IMO, has nothing like the clout a listing has if it is listed on the US’s - S & P 500, or the Nasdaq, for 2 reasons:

A) that the market prices quoted on the listing’s OTC market – are

1)only bids, or offers, by private buyers or sellers.

2)established by a sole individual or corporate market-maker.
i.e. who/which buys/sells from/to such private buyers or sellers.

B) In the case of TMG -
IMO again, it’s market prices – on the OTC - would therefore largely NOT influence market prices on Ozzie’s ASX,
because of an expected
- very low, and/or
- insufficient number of prospective OTC traders
to be fully conversant with the knowledge of TMG’s current &/or medium term growth plans.
