    The EV hasn't changed. It was 66M - 4.5M = $61.5 M last week. Next week 106 M - 44.5 =$61.5 M ( 40 million more cash and 4 Billion more shares)

    Sure we can argue about the advantages of $40 Million extra but we have to include the dilution.

    Lets see if MST update their valuation to say they think $40 Mill cash increase their MC expectation from $440 MC to $720 MC in 12 months.

    Sure its great for people to ride out the PII results and come in with a pile more certainty at a small premium but that's not everyone.
