just do the math
GLH (100% owned subsiduary of AVZ) currently owns 75 % of Dathcom
Of this 75 % of Dathcom Cath own and "Indirect'" 30.5% ie they dont actually own Dathcom shares but do own a % of GLH equal to 30.5% of Dathcom
So GLH is split 40.8 % Cath and 59.2 % AVZ.
The importance of this is that AVZ have controlling share of GLH ( 75 % Dathcom share) and therefore the controlling vote of Dathcom and hence retain control of the project
