    afternoon all,

I might be wrong, but I think things happened too fast for govt. to move to sign anything before flying the floods (at least in Brisbane).

Govt. contacts i know couldn't move that fast if their bum was on fire. Remember, in Vic. there were flames hundred(s) of feet high coming at towns and they couldn't even muster ANY leadership - they couldn't get anyone to the helm - even though they knew a week before that they were going to have a huge problem.

The fire came fast - the flood comes slow - and no one predicted it would be so high.

Also for what ever reason our connections were clearly not that good.

I think we should just let this wash through for a bit and see what Simon and Simon bring back from the whirlwind trip.

We are pretty well placed to gain orders when money comes available that is being budgeted right now (it will be available in the first quarter of 11/12).

If we fail to gain a large slice of aerial photographic budgets in the new year - then I will be the first to say something is very very wrong.

It will be good to see enough revenue to break even - that is important.
That being said, I think we have had enough exposure of the right kind to attract interest - I would not be surprised to see something come up on the register soon - someone buying in with a sizable holding perhaps with the intention of a takeover attempt or a merger - for what we have (potential) - we are way too cheap.
This should now be obvious, even to the blind and deaf.
I think it is fairly early days yet, but if the right eyes are on us - then they could possibly move fast - I know I would.

    have a good arvo

    pinto
