that purchase was after the merger , and I believe discussions are continuing in regards to financing the construction of the mine plant

the last quarterly stated the coy is burning over $7.63mil and have enough cash for 4.7 quarters ( so reducing spending ),
directors and management have little regard to shareholders interests because they do not have a substantial holding ( except for Daniel Harris who is a long term director 8 years ) who lives OS
they are not transparent with keeping SH updated
