Property has as much chance of going up this year as Richmond winning the football premiership.

I sold early in the year because of the stupid price being payed for my property. Now I'll sit back and wait for one of the many who will be giving there places away in the future.

Interest rates. which will increase, will murder people who are mortaged to the Hilton. I feel sorry for them.

How much property will fall is the million dollar question, by I think it will be a decent fall. Time will tell.
