Surely you were aware of that.
There have been various estimates made, but they all converge to needing about 20 hxs operating for FBR to make a profit.
So we need CRs until 20 hxs are on the road.
The real question then is how long will it take to get to 20?
The size of the offtakes and their schedule is what matters - and the JV ann should make it clear.
