I dont think that at all, i think it should be held either at the corporate office or in the same city as the corporate office.
I have no idea why a pissant acquisition should have anything to do with the location of the agm. Have literally never seen that on the asx anywhere.
Shareholders own the company and the company is located in perth where the majority of holders reside, Perth is where it clearly should be.
