I just did an annual on PGM, and it is giving me a top of 0.87. I broke the pricing down and did a monthly average which gave me a 0.0725 price increase per month. Over the next 5 weeks, the stock is more likely to reach resistance at 0.655 as a potential top; however if we use this theory it may close at 0.535 at the end of February after reaching a top.
