    You have just shown how uninformed you are. Please make yourself conversant with ASX listing rules under Chapter 7.

    In short,
    ASX regulations:
    The ASX listing rules explicitly state that the shortfall shares must be issued at the same price as the original rights issue price.

    About all ADO has left in regards that shortfall is a change in dispersion strategy, but it would be at the same price as the original RI price if they took that tack.
