re: asx ann. optionsconversions yellowcake Also noticed this announcement in dec 04. See postings below. First they omited the portion regarding the option conversion. Then the subsequent amendment gave the impression that the options were not converted. Now on 2/2/2005 the ann comes about the option conversion done on 30/11/2004.
Will ASIC/ASX look into this sort of dodgy announcements.

They must be satisfied with their current shareholdings and do not wish to further dilute the company's capital structure by exercising their options at just 15c.
