physical gold is being horded by new owners
technically, I think US$3200 could now be hit within 3 months (divided by .63 exchange rate) … we would have a money printing gold price in Australia exceeding $5000
If OBM can pull their AISC back to A$2,000 (guidance) and production ramps up to be spitting out gold at a rate of 160,000 ounces pa (say 2H 2025) .. operating cashflow could be getting close to half a $billion per year !!
what multiple of earnings should we then put OBM on??
dividends and capital returns would surely then be on the table otherwise the company will get a takeover for being too cheap
