i just had a read of the trial as posted by Hottod. They are measuring a number of biomarkers, as well as Na, K, Creatinine, kidney size, cyst numbers to name a few. This is a very comprehensive trial, and by the looks of it they are really determined to get a favourable outcome and cover off all bases.
An enormous amount of work has already gone into this behind the scene.
