@Margaret63 thanks for the info - downloaded it, in a safe place this time. Have just spoken with NBD and he is emphatic that I do not contact a newspaper. He is going to fight his own battle with this particular doctor. Doesn't even want me to visit, is just happy with my daily phonecalls. Very sad, really - because I reckon a bit of journalistic attention would have helped, but he doesn't think so. Thankyou for your trouble X Tau ❤️
