MAU is a NL company that means that if they call the 20c you do not have to pay (check this up yourself).
Since Nick Bolton did his BrisConnect play and did not pay the call (even though it was a Limited liability company) buying contributing shares has become more difficult through many brokers. Some additional documentation is required that says you know the issues.
The partly paid shares in MAU can be paid up at any time and new fully paid shares issued, the process probably takes about 4-6 weeks for the new shares to be issued.
