    I can see absolutely no other reason for the delay other than they are in the process of closing a deal and expect it to be completed by next tuesday. I think the days of 6 months between announcements might be over.

    I mean we have gotten two great announcements in the Framework Agreement and the land aquisition/sale of a site news within the last 5 days!!!

    The fact that there are still sellers under 1cents is quite frankly, absurd
