What a #ing disgrace imo this company has been for last couple of years. Nick bailed after another wasted shallow drill program, finding LMAO, SFA.... Seriously MTL has serious B&M problems imo... None are worthy of being company directors imo, ASX these days are full of terrible company directors imo...
I am furious about the leaking and seeing hundreds of millions of shares sold prior to this B$ 1:10 consolidation... Seriously how many hours would MTL SP maintain 1c, FF$... Of course, the SP will fall right back to 0.001c under this companies leadership imo.....
Every single SH has to vote this down, so vote AGAINST.... If not, this lifestyle company imo will continue and within 1-3 mths the SP will be right back again to sub 0.001c, plus MTL are broke and will have to raise significant funds, asap after this GM imo... Then the dilution cycle continues again and again.... Sigh!!!
So, this is what has to immediately happen imo
* VOTE RESOLUTUION 1 - AGAINST
* Board and Management - All have to take serious pay cuts
* Board and Management - Hand back all those B$ FREE Performance Shares, hardly any of them have ever bought a share on market
* Lastly resign once a new experienced B&M found, enough is enough and ALL SH's vote and have a voice, so sick of these ASX companies destroying investors wealth!!!!!
