Didn't I already explain this to you???? IMU only need a quarter of cash as assurance. If they did the traditional CR then it would have been at 25% discount and immediately sold on the market but they didn't need to do the CR right now as evidence by the quarterly released and what LC said. PH saw this CN as a good deal as both the CN and warrant are at a premium so pull the trigger early as they are dependent on the clinical trial updates expected to be released in 2-5 months. We will find out in 2-5 months and whether LC and YF are indeed liar.....
