Concerns re funding were raised when Hopper offloaded another 80m shares at 5c. They stayed silent for months and at the AGM late November, dismissed the notion of a CR outright while the SP continued eroding.
The SP has already fallen >30% from PH's 80m offload. It's quite possible Susquehanna acquire these shares at 1.9c. That's a >60% discount to Hopper's offload. Far worse than a traditional deal inked at 5c...
