there isn’t a board member that deserved any of the last issued performance awards
how many shares will PH have to add to cover his loan , as the sp goes down he will have to continue to offer more to be shorted , should be illegal for board members to offer shares as collateral from companies they sit on the board and to make it worse shares he probably hasn’t paid anything for
