I am not sure if LBL rolls are considered "finished steel products" as in steel sheets, bars, posts,railway tracks etc..
It is a tool or a machine part.
The whole idea of the tariff is to boost US steel industry....Putting tariffs on their machine parts doesn't make much sense.
