Not sure this is a fair assessment though. In case you haven't been around during these days, CHM was in a very bad situation financially. The company has asked shareholders twice within a few months to participate in a CR, but good close to nothing (I didn't subscribe either). Therefore, this example of horrible deal making was not done by choice, but I dare say it was the only "offer" on the table that allowed the company to continue. And looking back at the various subscriptions, what's the average price that Lind has paid so far? Even without using a calculator I can confidently say that the average is more than 0.005, even more than 0.007. But most importantly, CHM is now still around, allowing us to discuss the SP.
