I know this because I spoke with people within the company at the time as I was curious about the decision to hold the AGM in Sydney. Apparently some of the shareholders that came onboard through the Limepay acquisition were family office type people, so it was an opportunity to meet some of them in person to talk about the company.
There are other shareholders from WA that have large holdings and I understand that they have meetings with AF from time to time as well.
