My goodness, the only guideline (yes, a guideline, not a mandated requirement), is that it’s held in “a reasonable time and place”.
If you don’t think Sydney is a reasonable place you need serious help, especially when Spenda has an office there. Besides, even if you don’t consider Sydney a reasonable place to hold an AGM, the best you can do is shake your fist and yell at clouds.
It is quite obvious that you’re clutching at straws when this becomes an issue for you.
