The votes today make it clear that shareholders have had enough of Kabunga's cynical attempts to spoil Lindian's newly found progress.
In fact, Kabunga's resolutions had the support of less than 10% of other shareholders (i.e. the small number of votes his resolutions attracted in addition to his own voted shares).
What an unnecessary waste of time and money (twice).
He now needs to respect shareholders wishes and stop trying to cause trouble.
Now, onwards and upwards....
