I've held INA for a fair while now. A few years back a US company in the same industry had a holding in INA and I thought they might make a T/O bid, but they moved on.
The fundamentals are good in the holiday market and the land rent business and as time goes by it looks better and better.
Short of a T/O it is always going to be a conservative business that ain't going to shoot the lights out. The return will come from revalued assets rather than dividends.
