Why do you think almost all other companies have 1 person doing the CEO job and another person the CTO job and another person doing the CFO job. Because one person doing both or 3 means they're stretched too thin and the skills required for each are different, which means the functions are most likely not being discharged effectively. Im sure when you typed your reply you could see the obvious hole in what you were replying. So why throw the forum this curve ball? The company needs to pull its finger out and attend to this ASAP!
