I doubt they'll sell (minority CWG owners like staff), and if they do, I would imagine it would take several days if not weeks for them to get people to setup trading accounts for them (not the block trades that were offered for the larger holders).

I don’t think there would be any need to wait for holders to set up their brokerage accounts (really only required if a holder intends to sell).
