I suspect the JV will proceed, perhaps after a brief delay. Both partners have a lot invested already and they are primed for an opportunity to capitalize on a real need in the USA. I assume CRH hopes to invest in a JV that helps industries where their investors already do business. FBr will finally have the financing to build a fleet of HADRIAN X. Even so, if CRH declines, I still think the Hadrian X will eventually have success with another JV, but the stock will of course drag longer.
Down the road, I hope they decide to sell machines individually rather than only through WAAS agreements. It would open more opportunities.
