After holding BSX for over 7 years, I'm too angry to speak to the current Managing Director and note with interest that the Company it is proposing to merge with will be holding 53% of the merged entity if it goes ahead. They deserve an opportunity to put someone forward to manage the Company as the majority holders going forward. He's being assessed right now on his performance both historical and contemporary and needs to start performing instead of spruiking. It's lovely to see the share price rise and I'm sure a few day traders are making good coin however.
