I know the value of the asset. I know that the BOD want some money for the asset. I also know another asset with a lot less went for $US2.5B.I also know that the price will be more than giving it away. I also know that Vale needs the asset. They don't have to deal but they have to. What value the deal ends up with, it will make the share price a lot higher than today's price. My only fear is that the BOD leave too much on the table.
A wise saying is A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. We take the deal, take the money off the table and go to greener pastures.
