On a speculative stock 176m cap with a $1.02 share price is a glimpse into the future share price trajectory. As a general rule of thumb a 1 billion market cap equates to a $1 share price. Therefore Pens share price will be at 17.6cps sometime in the future. I don't know why it happens like that but that's how it seems to work in my 17 years experience trading on the ASX.
