The more important matter in the immediate future is the state of the loan to Norwood from the Chairperson following the coup overthrowing the founder. In theory it could be repaid, but how ? If it's rolled over, Norwood will be accruing further debt at around $10000 monthly.

The deal for the good doctor is that with 25% of the stock he is on paper paying interest to himself, but there are no bikkies in the tin. Let's hope that his holding is not on borrowed money. Lenders sometimes get nervous and require extra collateral.
