Quite rightly, an institutional shareholder queried why Chairman Peter Richards (who's been a Director since 2015) only holds 10,000 GNC shares.
A third of votes were against his re-election.
The Chairman said all Directors have individual circumstances and that he doesn't reflect on his shareholding too much, if I can paraphrase.
