I dont know i haven’t read the report or artical you referenced, who is CAR invested in? If they are referring to any of the legacy auto makers they would be right. but EV's are not cooling if data shows such growth world wide. yes ICE is dying. Just look up VW's debt, look up Mercedes sales collapse, and the other legacy Auto manufacturers.
