No, their incentive is for further positive clinical trial updates for them to trade for at least a baggers return likely at 15c after VAXINIA and then OASIS. If the clinical trial are poor then they don't need to do anything and make a 10% return by requesting IMU buy back the CN. Them selling down the stock before the clinical trial updates will give the opportunity for traders and ST to buy at even cheaper price and then sold into provided they continue to be further positive when they convert at 4.75c and warrant at 4.9c. Very stupid strategy.
CVI has invested in biotech companies in the last few years, they and other MM were sued by another biotech company a few years ago due to spoofing trades from 2017-2022.
